Back in March, Elaine persuaded me to sign the family up for a Run or Dye race in May. It was still snowing in May but I figured it would be MUCH warmer then, so we signed up. That morning it was pouring rain and just above freezing. I can't even explain the excitement we all had about going. We bundled up as true Minnesotans do and went anyway. Fortunately the rain stopped as we got there and we weren't cold for too long. Everyone seemed to have a good time.

The race started but it took us almost an hour for our turn to start. It was a party atmosphere with music and a DJ, they were throwing out prizes so Joe attempted to get one from the top of Dale's shoulders.

Jared walked/ran the whole 5k. That is a long way for a little guy.
