The Inevitable

Well it happened last night.  I know that as a young parent sometimes it is hard to think that your children might actually grow up and decide to leave.  I love it when my little guys tell me that they always want to live close.  It makes me feel good to know that they love me.  Anyway.... last night Elaine submitted her first college application.  It is kind of a surreal experience.  It is hard to imagine the possibility of her leaving, but it is coming faster than I expected.
